摘要
文化云是我国公共数字文化服务的重要内容,文化云平台是新时期满足公众文化需求的文化服务平台,如何改进功能、增强用户黏性成为亟须解决的难题。采用网络调研法和追踪访谈法,分析了当前8个具有代表性的文化云平台建设现状,揭示了文化云平台在服务功能、服务内容、管理水平等方面存在的不足,提出了文化云平台服务的创新路径,包括优化功能体验、突出资源服务定位、构建用户画像模型、拓展服务渠道、鼓励多主体合作运营管理,探索其长效服务机制。
Cultural cloud is an important part of the public digital culture service in China,and cultural cloud platform is a cultural service platform to meet the public cultural demands in the new era.How to improve its functions and enhance user stickiness have become a problem to be solved urgently.By using network research method and interview tracking method,this paper analyzes the current eight representative cultural cloud platforms,reveals the deficiencies of the cultur⁃al cloud platform in service function,service content,management level and other aspects,as well as management level,and proposes the innovation paths of cultural cloud platform service which include optimizing the functional experience,highlighting the resource service positioning,building the users’portrait model,expanding the service channels,and en⁃couraging the multi-agent cooperation in operation and management,to explore the long-term service mechanism.
