摘要
基于环境不确定性与企业创新策略选择之间的强相关关系,构建不确定性环境下企业的创新生产函数,在分析知识广度与知识深度之间协同关系的基础上,提出了不同环境动态性水平下企业为实现创新绩效的增长应选择的创新策略.研究结果表明:企业所处的环境动态变化的程度会影响知识维度间的协同关系,从而导致不同环境动态性水平下企业创新策略选择的差异,即当环境变化程度低时,知识广度与知识深度之间的协同程度也较低,提升知识广度的创新策略能增强企业创新效应,继而提升企业创新绩效;当环境变化程度平稳时,知识广度与知识深度之间的协同程度高,知识广度与知识深度同步提升的创新策略能有效促进企业创新绩效;当环境变化程度高时,知识广度与知识深度之间的协同程度弱,知识广度与知识深度顺序提升的创新策略对企业创新绩效有明显的促进作用.最后,通过利用京东方显示器领域、比亚迪汽车和新能源领域的相关数据进行案例分析,验证了所述企业创新策略选择的有效性.
Based on the strong correlation between environmental uncertainty and enterprise innovation strategy choices,innovation production function of enterprises under uncertain environment is constructed.Through analyzing the synergy between knowledge breadth and knowledge depth,this paper proposes an innovative strategy for enterprises to achieve optimal innovation performance under different environmental dynamics.The research results show that the degree of environmental change affects the synergy between knowledge breadth and knowledge depth,which leads to the difference in the selection of enterprise innovation strategies under different environmental changes.When the degree of environmental change is low,the degree of synergy between knowledge breadth and knowledge depth is low,and the innovation strategy of increasing knowledge breadth can enhance the innovation effect and promote the innovation performance of enterprises;when the degree of environmental change is stable,the degree of synergy between the knowledge breadth and knowledge depth is high,and the innovative strategy of increasing the breadth of knowledge and depth of knowledge simultaneously can promote the increasing of innovation performance effectively;when the degree of environmental change is high,the degree of synergy between knowledge breadth and knowledge depth is weak,increasing the knowledge breadth and knowledge depth in order has a significant effect on the innovation performance of enterprises.Finally,this paper uses the relevant data of BOE display field,BYD automotive and new energy field to conduct case analysis to verify the effectiveness of the enterprise′s innovation strategy.
