摘要
技术识别对于科技创新政策和战略具有重要意义。文章从概念、方法、实践三个方面综述了近5年的技术识别研究进展,对8类技术识别的相关概念研究进行梳理、辨析和总结,总结近5年的技术识别研究中所涉及的8类28种方法,并对国内外10个典型技术识别案例进行研究。总结出技术识别研究的三大趋势:基于弱信号或早期的技术识别将会是未来的研究重点,基于机器学习方法和人工智能方法在未来将会广泛地应用,基于大数据和集成化的研究方法将会获得更多的关注。
Technology identification is of great significance for R&D policy and strategy.This paper summarizes the research progress of technology identification in recent five years from three aspects:the concept,the method and the practice.the related concept of eight types technologies in the field of technology identification are analyzed,eight categories and twenty-eight kinds of methods of technology identification in recent five years are summarized,and ten typical technology identification cases at home and abroad are studied.Three major trends of technology identification research are discovered:technology identification with weak signal or at early stage will be the research focus in the future,machine learning methods and artificial intelligence methods will be widely used,and research methods based on big data and integration tool will attract more attention.
