摘要
目的了解台州市公共场所卫生状况,为加强台州市公共场所卫生监督监管提供科学依据。方法按照国家标准,对台州市2018年住宿场所、沐浴场所、美容美发场所的卫生状况进行监测和评价。结果2018年共监测429家公共场所,公共用品用具监测样品2799份,合格率为92.32%;空气质量监测样品1287份,合格率为99.61%,不同场所公共用品用具合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同监测指标中细菌总数合格率最低(90.16%),金黄色葡萄球菌和致病菌合格率为100.00%,公共用品用具不同监测指标合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各类公共用品用具以毛巾浴巾合格率最低(86.48%),理发用具、床上卧具相对较高(P<0.05)。结论台州市公共场所卫生状况总体良好,但还存在一些问题,建议各公共场所经营单位应规范自身卫生行为,卫生监督执法部门应进一步加强监管力度,提高全市公共场所的卫生水平。
Objective To understand the sanitary situation of public places in Taizhou City,so as to provide scientific basis for strengthening hygiene supervision and management of sanitation in public places. Methods The sanitary status of accommodations,barbershops and beauty salons,bathing places were monitored and evaluated in Taizhou City in 2018 according to national standards. Results A total of 429 public places were monitored in 2018,2 799 samples of which selected from public supplies and appliances were detected,with the qualified rate of 92. 32%;287 samples selected from air quality were detected,with the qualified rate of 99. 61%. There was statistical significance on the difference in the qualified rate of public supplies and appliances in various public places( P < 0. 05). The total bacteria count was the lowest rate( 90. 16%) in different monitoring indicators,and that of Staphylococcus aureus and pathogenic bacteria was 100. 00%. There was statistical significance on the difference in the qualified rate of different monitoring indicators of public supplies and appliances( P < 0. 05). In the monitoring of public supplies and appliances,the qualified rate of bath towels was the lowest rate( 86. 48%),and the qualified rates of haircut appliance and bedding were relatively high. There was statistical significance on the difference in the qualified rate of different types of public supplies and appliances( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The hygienic status of public places are good in Taizhou City,but there are still some problems. It is suggested that the public business units should regulate their hygienic behavior,and the hygiene management and disinfection in public places should be strengthened to improve the health level of public places in Taizhou City.
