摘要
目的了解太原市公共场所的卫生现状,预防公共场所健康危害事故的发生,确保公共场所的卫生安全。方法2016年10~12月按照《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》、《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》和《公共场所卫生标准》的要求对太原市部分公共场所进行卫生检测和评价。结果检测50家公共场所2 806项次,2 443项次合格,合格率为87.06%。沐浴场所样品的合格率最高(89.12%),游泳场(馆)最低(72.92%)(P<0.01);沐浴场所的理化指标合格率最高(100.00%),候车室的理化指标合格率最低(65.31%)(P<0.01);候车室的微生物指标合格率最高(100.00%),游泳场(馆)的微生物指标合格率最低(79.17%)(P<0.01);公共用品用具大肠菌群合格率(100.00%)和金黄色葡萄球菌合格率(100.00%)较高,菌落总数合格率(78.23%)较低(P<0.01);室内空气质量检测显示,CO合格率(100.00%)和氨合格率(100.00%)最高,PM10合格率(72.83%)最低(P<0.01)。结论太原市公共场所整体卫生状况良好,检测合格率整体较高,但部分指标合格率较低。
Objective To understand the sanitary status in public places in Taiyuan city,so as to prevent health accidents in public places and ensure the health security~ Methods During October December 2016,samples were detected and e valuated in Taiyuan city according to the Technical Specification of Health Monitoring for Public Places, Standard Mo- nitoring and Detection Method of Public Place Hygiene, and National Hygienic Standard for Public Place. Results A total of 2 806 samples were collected in 50 public places, and 2 443 samples were qualified, the eligible rate was 87.06 % . The qualified rate for monitoring samples in bathing sites was the highest (89.12G), and in swimming pool (pavilion) was the lowest(72.92%) ( P 〈0.01). The qualified rate for physicochemical indexes in bathing sites was the highest (100.00%) ,and in waiting room was the lowest (65.31%)( P 〈0.01). The rate of microbiological index for monitoring samples in waiting room was the highest (100.00%),and in swimming pool (pavilion) was the lowest (79.17%)( P 〈 0.01). The qualified rate of coliform and staphylococcus aureus on public goods was the higher(100.00%), the yield of colony totals was lower (78.23 %) ( P 〈0.01). Indoor air quality monitoring results showed that the qualified rate of CO and ammonia was the highest(100.00%) ,and the PM10 was the lowest (72.83%) ( P 〈0.01). Conclusion The over- all sanitary status in public places is good in Taiyuan city. The total qualified rate is high, but the qualified rate of some monitoring indicators is relatively low.
