摘要
目的了解安阳市公共场所主要健康危害因素,为疾病防控提供依据。方法抽取安阳市区宾馆(酒店)、游泳场所、沐浴场所、理发(美容)和候车室等5类公共场所的空气、公共用品用具及冷却塔冷却水,按照GB37488-2019《公共场所卫生指标及限值要求》评价。结果2019年共监测样本514份,合格452份,总合格率87.94%。不同种类的公共场所监测:理发(美容)店合格率最高为92.06%,游泳场所最低为50.00%。不同种类的样品监测:公共用品用具合格率最高为95.15%,水和空气合格率较低,分别为78.87%和74.04%。11种健康危害因素监测:公共用品用具不合格指标是细菌总数、大肠菌群和p H值,室内空气不合格指标是细菌总数和真菌总数,水质不合格指标是嗜肺军团菌和尿素。结论要针对不同类型公共场所不同危害因素采取有效的卫生监管,提高公共场所的整体卫生水平。
Objectives To understand the main health hazard factors in public places in Anyang,and to provide basis for disease prevention and control.Methods The air,public supplies and appliances,and cooling water of cooling towers in five kinds of public places,such as hotels(inns),swimming places,bathing places,hairdressing(beauty)salons and waiting rooms,were selected and evaluated according to GB37488-2019"Hygienic Indicators and Limits for Public Places".Results A total of 514 samples were taken,and 452 of them were qualified with an overall qualified rate of 87.94%.Monitoring results of different kinds of public places:the qualified rate was the highest(92.06%)for hairdressing(beauty)salons and was the lowest(50.005%)for swimming pools.Different kinds of samples monitoring:the highest qualified rate for public goods was 94.10%,and the qualified rate for water and air was low,78.87%and 74.04%,respectively.According to the 11 kinds of health hazard factors monitored,the unqualified indicators were the total number of bacteria,coliform group and p H value for public appliances,the total number of bacteria and fungi for indoor air,and Legionella pneumophila and urea for water quality.Conclusion Effective health supervision should be taken according to different hazard factors in different types of public places to improve the overall level of public places.
