摘要
目的探讨医学生人格特质、心理弹性、主观幸福感之间的关系,并验证心理弹性在人格特质与主观幸福感之间中介作用。方法使用整群随机抽样方法,于2019年10月~12月,使用一般资料调查表、人格特质量表、心理弹性量表、主观幸福感量表对某医科大学医学生进行问卷调查。结果人格特质得分为(115.45±26.73)分,心理弹性得分为(61.82±12.54)分,主观幸福感得分为(21.75±10.52)分;人格特质与心理弹性、主观幸福感之间均正相关(r=0.462,P<0.001;r=0.354,P<0.001),心理弹性与主观幸福感之间呈正向相关关系(r=0.342,P<0.001),心理弹性在人格特质与主观幸福感之间起中介作用,中介效应为0.158,占总效应的30.86%。结论心理弹性在人格特质与主观幸福感之间起中介作用,合理正确地使用互联网对医学生心理健康非常重要。
Objective To explore the relationships between Personality traits,psychological resilience and subjective well-being,and Verification the Mediating Effect of psychological resilience on the Relationship between Personality traits and subjective well-being.Methods From October to December of 2019,800 Medical students were investigated with general data Questionnaire,Personality traits scale,psychological resilience scale and subjective well-being scale.Results Medical students’Personality traits score(115.45±26.73),psychological resilience scores(61.82±12.54),subjective well-being score(21.75±10.52);Personality traits and psychological resilience,subjective well-being among medical students are positive correlated(r=0.462,P<0.001;r=0.354,P<0.001),the relationships between psychological resilience and subjective well-being were positive correlation(r=0.342,P<0.001).Conclusion Psychological resilience plays a mediating role in the relationship between Personality traits and subjective well-being.
