心理资本对大学生就业焦虑的影响:自我管理的中介作用 被引量:23

Effect of psychological capital on employment anxiety of college students:The moderating role of self-management

摘要 目的:基于资源保存理论,探讨大学生心理资本、自我管理以及就业焦虑之间的关系,并考察自我管理在心理资本与就业焦虑之间的中介作用。方法:以某综合性大学406名大学生为研究对象,采用积极心理资本问卷、大学生自我管理问卷、大学生就业焦虑量表进行测量分析。结果:相关分析结果显示,大学生心理资本与就业焦虑总分及其就业竞争压力、缺乏社会支持、自信心不足、就业前景担忧维度呈显著负相关(r=-0.307,-0.352,-0.138,-0.157,-0.203;P<0.01),与自我管理呈显著正相关(r=0.751,P<0.01),自我管理与就业焦虑总分及其就业竞争压力、缺乏社会支持、自信心不足、就业前景担忧维度呈显著负相关(r=-0.387,-0.472,-0.154,-0.207,-0.229;P<0.01)。中介分析表明,在控制性别、生源地后,自我管理在心理资本与就业焦虑之间起部分中介作用。结论:心理资本不仅直接影响就业焦虑,也可以通过提升自我管理水平间接影响个体的就业焦虑。 Objective:Based on the conservation of resources theory,the thesis explores the relationship between psychological capital,self-management and employment anxiety of college students,and investigates the moderating role of self-management between psychological capital and employment anxiety.Methods:A total of 406 college students in a comprehensive university were taken as the research subjects,and the positive psychological capital questionnaire,college students'self-management questionnaire and college students'employment anxiety scale were used to measure and analyze their psychological capital,self-management and employment anxiety.Results:The results of correlation analysis showed that the psychological capital of college students was negatively correlated with the total score of employment anxiety,the employment competition pressure,the lack of social support,the lack of self-confidence and the worry about employment prospect(r=-0.307,-0.352,-0.138,-0.157,-0.203;P<0.01).There was a significantly positive correlation with self-management(r=0.751,P<0.01).There was a significantly negative correlation between self-management and the total score of employment anxiety,employment competition pressure,the lack of social support,the lack of self-confidence,and worry about employment prospect(r=-0.387,-0.472,-0.154,-0.207,-0.229;P<0.01).The moderating effect analysis showed that self-management played a partial moderating role between psychological capital and employment anxiety.Conclusion:Psychological capital can not only directly affect employment anxiety,but also indirectly alleviate individual employment anxiety by improving the level of self-management.
