医学生、实习医生、执业医师主观幸福感对比探究

摘要 目的调查医学生、实习医生、执业医师主观幸福感现状,研究导致三者出现差异的原因,探讨医学生角色转换策略。方法采用幸福感量表对418名医学生、114名实习医生和执业医师进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行t检验、秩和检验、相关分析、回归分析。结果医学生主观幸福感总体较强,女生优于相应常模;不同专业医学生主观幸福感差异显著,其中医学生显著低于理、工科专业学生;医学生幸福感量表总分与年级呈显著负相关关系(r=-0.271,P<0.01),线性回归分析建构方程模型有效;实习医生主观幸福感水平显著低于医学生和执业医师(F=37.187,P<0.01),进一步分析显示,执业医师和实习医生在对生活的满足和兴趣、精力、对情感和行为的控制方面差异均有统计学意义。结论主观幸福感对医学生在本科教育及临床实践阶段的角色转换有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the status of subjective well-being of medical students,interning doctors,and practicing physicians′,investigate the reasons for the differences among them,and explore strategies for role transformation among medical students.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 418 medical students,114 interning doctors,and practicing physicians with the Happiness Scale.The survey results were subjected to t-tests,rank sum tests,correlation analysis,and regression analysis.Results Medical students generally have a stronger sense of subjective well-being,with females outperforming the corresponding norm.There is a significant difference in subjective well-being among medical students from different majors,with traditional Chinese medicine students being significantly lower than those from science and engineering majors.The total score of the Medical Student Happiness Scale is significantly negatively correlated with grade(r=-0.271,P<0.01),and linear regression analysis is effective in co-nstructing an equation model.The subjective well-being level of interns was significantly lower than that of medical students and practicing physicians(F=37.187,P<0.01).Further analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences between practi-cing physicians and interns in terms of life satisfaction,interest,energy,emotional and behavioral control.Conclusion Subjective well-being is of great significance for the role transformation of medical students in undergraduate education and clinical practice.
