摘要
在智慧教育时代,"互联网+"使得新型职业农民培训更加精准而高效。但是,农民网络学习意识淡薄、网络教学平台功能单一、网络教学管理不到位等因素影响着新型职业农民培训的实施效果。从可持续支持服务、沟通生态圈、质量认证管理等方面分析培训需求,构建基于"互联网+"的适合混合式教学的新型职业农民培训架构,提出培训实施需要关注学习习惯、学习氛围、资源建设和教学质量评价体系等若干关键问题。
In the era of intelligent education,the"Internet+"makes the training of new professional farmers more precise and efficient.However,farmers’weak awareness of online learning,single function of online teaching platform,inadequate management of online teaching and other factors affect the implementation effect of new professional farmers training.This paper analyzes training needs from the aspects of sustainable support services,communication ecosystem and quality certification management,sets up the new professional farmers training framework suitable for blended teaching based on"Internet+",and puts forward some key issues which need to be paid attention to in the process of training implementation such as learning habits,learning atmosphere,resource construction and teaching quality evaluation system.
