分层次递进式医学教师教学发展的研究与实践 被引量:2

摘要 教师是教育的核心与灵魂,医学教师是发展医学教育的重要人力资源,促进教师专业发展也成为医学教育改革的必然措施。然而,从我国医学教师的专业发展现状来看,促进教师教学发展的内容与手段仍然落后于教育理念的发展和医学教育改革目标的达成。文章立足于第三代医学教育改革理念,落实国家“医教协同深化临床医学人才培养改革的意见”,以提高医学人才培养质量为出发点,以医学教师“要我发展”到“我要发展”为目标,建立分层次、递进式的医学院校教师教学能力培养机制,为基础教师与临床教师量身打造个性化的教学发展培训项目并评价培训效果,帮助医学教师提升教育质量和教育科学研究能力。 Teachers are the core and soul of education,and medical teachers are the important human resources to develop medical education.However,from the current situation of medical teachers’professional development in China,the contents and means of promoting the development of teachers’teaching still lag behind the development of educational ideas and the achievement of the goal of medical education reform.Based on the concept of the third generation of medical education reform,this study implements the national“opinions on deepening the reform of clinical medical personnel training in coordination with medical education”,takes improving the quality of medical personnel training as the starting point,takes the medical teachers“want me to develop”to“I want to develop”as the goal,established a hierarchical and progressive teaching ability training mechanism for medical college teachers,as the basic teachers and clinical teachers tailor personalized teaching development training programs and evaluate the training effect to help medical teachers improve the quality of education and the ability of educational scientific research.
