摘要
临床教师的教育教学水平直接影响到医学人才的培养质量。当前临床教师普遍存在教学能力欠佳、教学积极性不高、教师职业认同感较低等问题。应引入学习支持服务理念,建立包括制度要素、资源与技术支持要素、团队要素、支持服务方式要素在内的高等医学院校临床教师教学发展支持服务体系,为临床教师的教学发展提供持续服务支持和帮助。
The education and teaching level of clinical teachers directly affects the quality of medical personnel training. At present,it is a common phenomenon that teaching ability,teaching enthusiasm,professional identity of clinical teachers need to be improved. A teaching development support service system including institutional elements,resources and technical support elements,team elements,and support service mode elements should be established to provide continuous service support and assistance for the development of clinical teachers in medical colleges and universities.
