目标学习法在呼吸与危重症医学科护理实习生带教中的应用效果探讨 被引量:2

The Application Effect of Target Learning Method in the Teaching of Nursing Interns in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine

摘要 目的分析目标学习法在呼吸与危重症医学科护理实习生带教中的应用效果。方法将2019年1—12月到该院实习的80名呼吸与重症医学科护生纳入该次研究,依照数字随机表法将其分为对照组(40名)与观察组(40名),对照组给予传统教学法进行临床带教,观察组则行目标学习法进行临床带教,比较两组护生考核成绩,观察护生实习前后护士核心胜任力得分情况,统计护生满意度与带教满意度。结果对照组护生的理论考核成绩与操作考核成绩显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护生的护士核心胜任力各项评分显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护生满意度与带教满意度上,观察组明显高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸与危重症医学科护理带教实习中,采用目标学习法的临床应用效果良好,可显著提升护生的护理能力,值得在临床带教中推广。 Objective To analyze the application effect of target learning method in the teaching of nursing interns in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine.Methods A total of 80 nursing students from the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine who had interned in the hospital from January to December 2019 were included in this study.They were divided into a control group(40 people)and an observation group(40 people),the control group was given the traditional teaching method for clinical teaching,and the observation group was given the target learning method for clinical teaching.The assessment results of the two groups of nursing students were compared,the core competence scores of the nurses before and after the practice were observed,and the nursing students'satisfaction and teacher satisfaction were collected.Results The theoretical and operational evaluation scores of nursing students in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The core competency scores of nurses in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the satisfaction of nursing students and teaching,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the practice of nursing teaching in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,the clinical application of the target learning method has a good effect,which can significantly improve the nursing ability of nursing students and is worthy of promotion in clinical teaching.
