小方坯含铝冷镦钢水口结瘤分析与控制 被引量:3

Analysis on Clogging at Nozzle during Billet Continuous Casting for Manufacturing Cold Headed Steel Containing Al and Control of Clogging

摘要 为了提高含铝冷镦钢铸坯的合格率,对该钢种小方坯连铸过程中的水口结瘤成分进行了检测分析。根据检测结果并结合现场实际情况,优化了LF炉顶渣组成和造渣料配比及保护浇铸工艺,有效地解决了含铝冷墩钢水口结瘤问题,实现了单中包11罐连浇顺行,铸坯合格率从97.78%提高到98.12%以上。 In order to improve the pass rate of a casting blank for producing the cold headed steel containing aluminum by billet continuous casting,the compositions in substances leading to clogging occurred at a nozzle in continuous casting process were analyzed based on testing.After that according to analytical results together with actual operations on the site,such measures as optimizing the component in top slag and the matching ratio of slag-preparing materials in LF and optimizing protective casting process were taken.As a result,the clogging problem was effectively solved.So the caster could be casting smoothly and continuously 11 heats of molten steel by single-middle ladle and then the pass rate of casting blanks was improved to more than 98.12%from 97.78%.
