摘要
针对安钢高线冷镦钢ML20MnTiB浇注过程水口结瘤的问题进行分析,提出了相应的改进措施。通过调整脱氧方式、减少钢中硫含量、做好中包和水口开浇前的烘烤、提高中包钢水温度、加强保护浇注防止钢水二次氧化等措施,改善了钢水流动性和可浇性,有效解决了冷镦钢ML20MnTiB浇注过程水口结瘤的问题。
Nozzle clogging problem during the pouring of Al-containing cold-heading steel ML20MnTiB is analyzed, and some improving measures have been proposed, such as deoxidization adjusting, reducing S content, tundish and nozzle baking before pouring, steel temperature increasing in tundish, protected pouring strengthening to prevent reoxidation, refractory baking before pouring and so on. Through these measures the fluidity and eastability of steel have been improved and the nozzle clogging problem has been resolved effectively.
