摘要
针对下游用户在C70S6胀断连杆钢加工过程中出现的切削性差、刀具磨损严重、A类超级别以及黑点缺陷等问题,分析了原因,并实施了一系列工艺优化。通过优化炉前脱氧造渣、LF硫铁矿入炉、连铸防氧化控偏析等措施,提高了钢水的纯净度和高硫钢的可浇性,有效降低了钢中A类、B类夹杂物的级别及比例,改善了钢中硫化物的分布,降低了轧材中硫化物的聚集,提高了钢材的切削性能。
In view of the poor machinability,serious wearing,A class super grade and black spot defects in the process of C70S6 expansion fracture connecting rod steel,the causes are analyzed and a series of process optimization is implemented.Through measures of optimizing deoxidation and slag making in front of furnace,LF pyrite feeding into furnace,and oxidation prevention and segregation control during continuous casting,the purity of molten steel and the castability of high sulfur steel were improved,the grade and proportion of class A and B inclusions in steel were effectively reduced,the distribution of sulfide in steel was improved,the concentration of sulfide in rolled product was reduced,and the cutting performance of steel was improved.
