摘要
目的分析瑞舒伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭并房颤的临床效果。方法选取我院在2018年1月至2019年6月收治的86例慢性心力衰竭并房颤患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规治疗)和观察组(常规治疗+瑞舒伐他汀),每组43例。比较两组的临床疗效、心功能指标、血指水平、阵发性房颤复发率、永久性房颤发生率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组LVEDd小于对照组,LVFS高于对照组,6MWD大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组TG、TC、LDL水平低于治疗前及对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组阵发性房颤复发率、永久性房颤发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭并房颤效果确切,可减少阵发性房颤的复发,改善患者心功能,降低血脂水平。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of rosuvastatin in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic heart failure and atrial fibrillation admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into control group(conventional treatment)and observation group(conventional treatment+rosuvastatin)according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes,blood lipid levels,recurrence rate of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and incidence of permanent atrial fibrillation of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEDd in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,LVFS was higher than that in the control group,6MWD was larger than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TG,TC and LDL levels in the observation group were lower than those before treatment and in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and the incidence of permanent atrial fibrillation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin in the treatment of chronic heart failure and atrial fibrillation has a definite effect,which can reduce the recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,improve the cardiac function,and reduce the lipid level of patients.
