摘要
专业群建设是职业院校内涵提质的重要载体,“围绕产业群办专业群”是职业院校办学的时代要求,满足产业集群复合型技术技能型人才需求是专业群建设的原点诉求。专业群的组建有着多种不同的建群逻辑,但从根本上取决于专业群与产业集群的融合和专业群内各专业之间的融合,不断彰显“群效应”是专业群建设的意义旨归。专业群的建设存在着盲目建群、片面整合、融合乏术、忽视过程、偏重结果等问题。通过以专业群为主体校企共建产业学院实现专业群与产业集群的协同发展,通过以大数据为依托校企共研监测系统保证专业群建设的与时俱进、专业群人才培养规格与职业岗位群的无缝对接,进而推动高职院校专业群建设的持续、健康发展。
The construction of specialty group is the key to improve the quality of vocational colleges,and“running specialty groups around industrial groups”is the requirement of the times.Meeting the needs of compound technical and skilled talents in industrial clusters is the fundamental requirements of specialty group construction.There are many ways to set up professional groups,but the most fundamental key lies in the integration of professional groups and industrial clusters,as well as the integration of various specialties within professional groups.Highlighting greater value is the significance and value of specialty group construction There are some problems in the construction of specialty group,such as blind group building,one-sided integration,lack of skills,ignoring the process and focusing on results.The sustainable and healthy development paths have two aspects to promote the construction of specialty group in higher vocational colleges,one way is to realize the coordinated development of specialty group and industrial clusters by jointly building the industrial college with the specialty group as the main body,and the other way is to research monitoring system relying on big data to make sure that the construction of specialty group keeps pace with times development and to keep that the personnel training specifications of professional group are consistent with the needs of professional posts.
