摘要
目的:探讨手术室舒适护理在白内障手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年6月—2019年6月收治的白内障患者82例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。两组均行超声乳化手术治疗,对照组采取常规手术室护理,观察组实施手术室舒适护理。比较两组手术前后应激反应指标(心率、平均动脉压)水平、并发症发生率及视力恢复情况。结果:两组术前24 h的心率及平均动脉压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中10 min、术后10 min的心率和平均动脉压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的19.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术前裸眼视力水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后7 d裸眼视力水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室舒适护理在白内障手术患者中具有较高的应用价值,能够减轻围术期应激反应,减少术后并发症,促进患者术后康复。
Objective:To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing in the operating room on cataract patients.Methods:Eighty-two cataract patients treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.Both groups underwent phacoemulsification surgery,the control group received routine operating room care,and the study group performed comfortable operating room care.The stress response indicators(heart rate,mean arterial pressure),the incidence of complications,and visual rehabilitation were compared between the two groups before and after surgery.Results:There was no significant difference in heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the study group at 10min and 10min after surgery were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 4.88%,which was lower than 19.51%in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the visual acuity level between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The visual acuity level of the naked eye in the study group at 7 days after operation was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing care in the operating room has higher application value in cataract surgery patients,which can reduce perioperative stress response,reduce postoperative complications,and promote postoperative recovery.
