摘要
目的:分析超声乳化手术治疗白内障合并闭角型青光眼(PACG)的临床疗效。方法:2017年2月-2019年12月收治白内障合并PACG患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。对照组采用小梁切除手术治疗;观察组采用超声乳化手术。比较两组视力情况、眼压情况、并发症发生情况及临床疗效。结果:研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后视力及眼压水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用超声乳化手术治疗白内障合并PACG患者,对帮助患者改善眼压及视力水平,降低并发症,提升治疗效果具有重要意义。
Objective:To analyze the effect of phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract with angle-closure glaucoma.Methods:From February 2017 to December 2019,68 patients with cataract complicated with angle-closure glaucoma were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trabeculectomy.The observation group was treated with phacoemulsification.The visual acuity,intraocular pressure,complications and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual acuity and intraocular pressure in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of cataract complicated with angle-closure glaucoma,phacoemulsification is of great significance to help patients improve intraocular pressure and visual acuity,reduce complications and improve the therapeutic effect.
