摘要
目的了解我国护理人员开展临床路径的现状,探索临床路径在新的护理领域中的研究应用。方法通过计算机文献检索对文献进行归纳和综合。结果临床路径在我国医院护理管理中的研究应用尚属起步阶段,已取得一定成效:提高病人满意度、促进整体护理的开展、提高临床教学和护理质量。结论护理路径的开展是顺应医疗发展的必然趋势,是全面提高护理质量的有效方法。
Objective To understand the current status of application of clinical nursing pathway in China and to study the application of clinical nursing pathway in the new nursing field. Method A systemic literature review was conducted. Results The research and application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing management in China was still in the initial stage, whJeh had achieved satisfying outcomes, It increased patients＇ satisfaction, facilitated the practice of holistic nursing,improved the quality of clinical teaching and the quality of nursing. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway is an inevitable trend fitful to the development of medical sciences and has been proved to be an effective means to improve the quality of nursing.
