摘要
高校人才培养与企业用人需求之间存在一定的矛盾。从企业用人需求端出发,通过开发职业能力评价标准,引导高校调整应用型人才培养方案、课程体系、师资队伍以及评价方式,从而促使高校根据企业岗位实际需要提高应用型人才培养质量。电子商务数据分析过程表明,运用职业能力评价标准指导高校人才培养方案的调整、对人才培养路径进行实证分析并建立相应的动态调整机制,能够为高校应用型人才培养模式改革提供启示和参考。
There is a contradiction between the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities and the employment demand of enterprises.From the demand side of enterprise employment,we develop a professional ability evaluation standard to impel the adjustment of applied talents cultivation program,curriculum system,faculty team and evaluation method,so as to impel colleges and universities to improve the quality of applied talents cultivation based on the actual needs of enterprises.E-commerce data analysis shows that the adjustment of talents cultivation program through developing business data to analyze professional ability evaluation standard,the empirical analysis of proposed talent cultivation path,and the establishment of corresponding dynamic adjustment mechanism can provide reference and guidance for the reform of application-oriented personnel training mode in colleges and universities.
