面向城轨安全管理应用型人才需求的混合式教学资源创新设计 被引量:2

摘要 城市轨道交通安全课程主要采取混合式教学模式,加强学生对自主思考结果的反馈和应用型思维的建立。然而目前混合式教学范式尚存在知识点繁多、学生理解不透彻、应急分析能力弱等问题,文章通过对实践性教学资源进行创新设计,将安全理论与事故问题的关联性通过知识网络图进行可视化呈现,从“事故分析―致因探寻―管控约束”的思路来激发学生思考事故的成因,培养学生的主动性、创造性等安全管理技能,从而进一步增强混合式教学对提高应用型人才培养质量的效果。 The urban rail transit safety course mainly adopts a mixed teaching mode to strengthen the feedback of students’independent thinking results and the establishment of applied thinking.However,the current hybrid teaching paradigm still has problems such as a large number of knowledge points,students’incomprehensible understanding,and weak emergency analysis ability.Through the innovative design of practical teaching resources,the correlation between safety theory and accident problems is visualized through the knowledge network diagram,and the idea of"accident analysis-cause exploration-control constraint"is used to stimulate students to think about the causes of accidents,cultivate students’initiative creative safety management skills,so as to further enhance the effect of mixed teaching on improving the training quality of applied talents.
