摘要
针对传统电磁式电流信号检测装置在复杂和不稳定电路中难以实现高精度检测的问题,本文设计了一款非接触式电流信号检测装置﹒该装置由功率放大器、负载、电流传感器、运算放大器、STM32和显示模块等构成﹒电流信号检测装置利用电流传感器获取电流信号,然后将检测得到的电流信号通过调理放大和DA转换,再经STM32芯片处理,最后通过显示模块将相关的数据显示﹒测试结果表明,电流测量精度在2%以内,频率测量精度在1%以内,所测数据精度较高,系统稳定性较好.
In order to solve the problem that traditional electromagnetic current signal detection device is difficult to achieve high-precision detection in complex and unstable circuits,this paper designs a non-contact current signal detection device,which is composed of power amplifier,load,current sensor,operational amplifier,STM32,display module,etc.The current signal detection device uses the current sensor to obtain the current signal,and then the detected current signal is amplified by conditioning,converted by DA,processed by STM32 chip,and finally the relevant data are displayed through the display module.The test results show that the accuracy of current measurement is within 2%and frequency measurement is within 1%,and the measured data are of high accuracy and good stability.
