摘要
现如今,越来越多的上肢受伤患者在康复过程中使用康复训练仪进行肢体功能恢复。文章针对一种上肢康复训练仪设计其交互力采集系统,以Arduino单片机、薄膜力传感器为核心部件,通过多个分布式力传感器完成实时交互力的采集,利用电压转换模块将采集到的力信号转换成电压信号,输入给单片机。编制了数据采集软件对信号进行接收、计算、校核,最终通过液晶显示模块将力数值输出显示。
Nowadays,more and more patients with upper limb injury use rehabilitation training instrument to recover limb function in the process of rehabilitation.In this paper,a force acquisition system is designed for an upper limb rehabilitation training instrument.The system takes Arduino MCU and thin film force sensors as the core components to collect the real-time interactive force by multiple distributed force sensors.The collected force signal is converted into voltage signal by voltage conversion module and input to the MCU.The data acquisition software is programmed to receive,calculate and check the signal,and finally the force value is output and displayed through the LCD module.
