摘要
目的对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿采用不同药物治疗的效果进行观察和比较。方法选择该院2018年8月—2019年8月收治的小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其划分为联合用药组和单一用药组,每组45例。采用布地奈德雾化吸入的方式对单一用药组进行治疗,在此基础上,采用孟鲁司特钠对联合用药组进行治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果联合用药组的总有效率95.6%明显高于单一用药组80.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.075,P<0.05);治疗后,联合用药组的FEV1(1.7±0.4)L、FEV1/FVC(84.9±1.3)%明显高于单一用药组(1.4±0.1)L、(78.7±0.2)%,差异有统计学意义(t=3.662、3.293,P<0.05);联合用药组的不良反应发生率4.4%略低于单一用药组的6.7%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.212,P>0.05)。结论采用布地奈德和孟鲁司特钠联合治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者具有确切的效果,可以有效改善其肺功能,而且安全性高。
Objective To observe and compare the effects of different drugs on children with cough variant asthma.Methods Ninety children with cough variant asthma in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a combination medication group and a single medication group according to a random number table.There were 45 cases in each group.The single-drug group was treated with budesonide atomized inhalation.On this basis,montelukast sodium was used to treat the combined-drug group,and the treatment effects of the two groups of children were compared.Results The total effective rate of 95.6%in the combined drug group was significantly higher than 80.0%in the single drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.075,P<0.05);after treatment,the FEV1 in the combined drug group was(1.7±0.4)L,FEV1/FVC(84.9±1.3)%was significantly higher than(1.4±0.1)L and(78.7±0.2)%in the single-drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.662,3.293,P<0.05);The reaction rate of 4.4%was slightly lower than 6.7%of the single-drug group,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.212,P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of budesonide and montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma has a definite effect,can effectively improve their lung function,and is safe.
