摘要
目的观察在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘中实施孟鲁司特钠联合氟替卡松气雾剂治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2021年4月-2022年4月收治的84例患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,各42例。对照组采用氟替卡松气雾剂进行治疗,而观察组则在对照组的基础上联合孟鲁司特钠进行干预,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组中医证候积分均低于对照组;肺功能指标均高于对照组;生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘中,联合使用氟替卡松气雾剂以及孟鲁司特钠能够进一步缓解患者的临床症状,并且提升患者的肺部功能以及生活质量,确保患者能够快速回归正常生活,建议推广。
Objective To observe clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with fluticasone aerosol in treatment of cough variant asthma of children.Methods The paper chose 84 patients admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 as study objects,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 42 cases in each group.Control group was intervened with fluticasone aerosol,while observation group with montelukast sodium on the basis of control group.Treatment effect between two groups was compared.Results TCM syndrome scores of observation group were lower than control group;lung function indicators were higher than control group;life quality scores was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of fluticasone aerosol and montelukast sodium can further alleviate clinical symptoms,improve lung function and life quality of children with cough variant asthma,and ensure fast recovery to to normal life,which is worthy of promotion.
