摘要
目的探讨布地奈德气雾剂对咳嗽变异性哮喘儿童血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平的影响及疗效。方法 86例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗,观察组患儿在常规治疗基础上给予布地奈德气雾剂治疗。对比两组患儿临床疗效和治疗前后IgE水平。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为97.67%,显著高于对照组的86.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿IgE水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿IgE水平均低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德气雾剂治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘效果显著,可有效降低血清IgE水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the influence and curative effect of Budesonide aerosol on serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)level in children with cough variant asthma.Methods A total of 86 children with cough variant asthma were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,43 cases in each group.Children in the control group was given conventional therapy,children in the observation group was given Budesonide aerosol treatment on the basis of conventional therapy.The clinical efficacy and IgE level before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%,which was significantly higher than 86.05%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the level of IgE between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of IgE in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and that of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Budesonide aerosol in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma is significant,can effectively reduce the level of serum IgE,is worthy of clinical promotion.
