濒危植物泰山花楸幼苗的光合生理特性 被引量:2

Photosynthetic Physiological Characteristics of Threatened Plant Sorbus taishanensis Seedlings

摘要 本研究以泰山花楸种子苗为研究对象,探索了濒危植物泰山花楸幼苗光合特性,对净光合速率(Pn)日变化及对有效光辐射(PAR)和CO2响应等生理特性进行测定。结果表明:泰山花楸种子生物量积累能力优于花楸,但是幼苗生物量积累能力明显较差,其中苗高、叶长、叶宽等指标分别低于花楸28%、59%、31%,生长量明显处于弱势水平。泰山花楸的净光合速率日变化曲线呈双峰型,具有明显的午休现象,峰值(3.14μmol·m^-2·s^-1)出现在上午10:00,一天中光合优势阶段主要集中在8:00~14:00之间。光响应曲线和CO2响应曲线数据分析表明泰山花楸光饱和点(LSP)为687.3μmol·m^-2·s^-1,光补偿点(LCP)为32.0μmol·m^-2·s^-1,饱和胞间CO2浓度(Cisat)为1 456.7μmol·m^-2·s^-1,CO2补偿点(CCP)为118.3μmol/mol,LSP较低说明泰山花楸幼苗对强光适应能力较差,繁育过程中需要遮阴保护,防止产生光抑制。泰山花楸的Pnmax,P*nmax,LSP,LCP,Cisat,CCP分别占花楸相应值的79%、73%、63%、96%、81%、72%,表明泰山花楸幼苗生物量积累能力较差,这与幼苗形态学指标调查结果一致。本研究通过测定濒危植物泰山花楸光合特性,首次揭示了该植物光合生理特性,为抢救性保护泰山花楸提供技术支撑,具有重要的理论价值和保护意义。 We used Sorbus taishanensis seedlings as experimental material, the daily changes in net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and physiological characteristics such as effective light radiation(PAR) and CO2 response were studied. The results showed that the biomass accumulation ability of Sorbus taishanensis seeds was better than that of Sorbus pohuashanensis, but the biomass accumulation ability of seedlings was significantly poor. The indexes of seedling height, leaf length and leaf width were lower than that of calyx 28%, 59% and 31%, respectively. The growth is obviously at a weak level. The daily variation curve of Pn of Sorbus taishanensis is bimodal, with an obvious "midday depression" phenomenon occurring. The peak value(3.14 μmol·m-2·s-1) appears at 10:00 AM, and the photosynthetic dominant phase in one day mainly appears between 8:00~14:00. The data of light response curve and CO2 response curve showed that the light saturation point(LSP) of Sorbus taishanensis was 687.3 μmol·m-2·s-1, and the light compensation point(LCP) was 32.0 μmol·m-2·s-1, saturated intercellular CO2 concentration(Cisat) was1 456.7 μmol·m-2·s-1, and the CO2 compensation point(CCP) was 118.3 μmol/mol. The lower LSP indicates that the seedlings of Sorbus taishanensis have poor adaptability to strong light. During breeding, shade protection is needed to prevent photoinhibition. The Pnmax, P*nmax, LSP, LCP, Cisat and CCP of the Sorbus taishanensis accounted for 79%, 73%, 63%, 96%, 81%, and 72% of the corresponding values of the Sorbus pohuashanensis, respectively.It indicated that the biomass accumulation ability of the seedlings of Sorbus taishanensis was poor, which was consistent with the investigation results of seedling morphological indexes. Based on photosynthetic characteristics study of the endangered plant of Sorbus taishanensis, the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of this plant was revealed for the first time, and providing technical support for rescue protection of Sorbus taishanensis, which has important theoretical value and protection significance.
