摘要
三种外源激素和萌发温度对花楸树种子萌发影响的研究结果表明,25℃(16h光/8h暗,10d)-5℃(暗110d)变温可极显著提高种子发芽率和种子发芽势,但极显著延迟发芽初始时间。200mg·L-16-BA溶液中吸胀2d后经历25℃-5℃变温可使种子发芽初始时间最短(33d),发芽率(62.25%)和发芽势(57.88%)最高。GA3或ABA与温度的结合处理对种子萌发的促进作用小于6-BA与温度的综合处理。
Effects of three exogenous plant growth substances and temperatures on the germination of mature Sorbus pohuashanensis seeds were investigated. When seeds were treated first with 25 ℃ (16 hours light/8 hours dark) for 10 days and then with 5 ℃ (24 hours dark) for 110 days (25 ℃-5 ℃ temperature change), their germination percentage and germination energy increased significantly, but the initial time of seed germination was delayed significantly. When seeds were treated with 200 mg-L-16-BA for 2 d and then treated with the 25 ℃-5 ℃ temperature change, the initial time of seed germination could be shortened to 33 days, and the highest germination percentage (62.25%) and germination energy (57.88%) were obtained. The effects of combined treatments of GA3 or ABA with temperature on seed germination were less than that of combined treatment of 6- BA with temperature.
