基于响应面法的蓝莓离散元参数标定 被引量:12

Calibration of DiscreteElement Model Parameters for Blueberry Based on Response Surface Methodology

摘要 由于蓝莓颗粒的特殊性,针对蓝莓颗粒的离散元模型接触参数难以直接测量的问题,以蓝莓颗粒的休止角为响应值,基于响应面法优化标定离散元参数。应用Plackett-Burman(PB)Design设计试验对蓝莓颗粒离散元模型的8个参数进行筛选,得到对休止角影响显著的参数,蓝莓-蓝莓恢复系数、蓝莓-蓝莓静摩擦系数和蓝莓-钢静摩擦系数;在PB试验的基础上,对影响显著的3个参数进行最陡爬坡试验,确定显著性参数的最佳点。以选出的最佳水平为中心点,进行Central Composite Design试验,建立了休止角与显著性参数的回归模型,将真实试验的休止角作为目标,得到显著性参数最优值,蓝莓-蓝莓恢复系数为0.06,蓝莓-蓝莓静摩擦系数为0.56,蓝莓-钢静摩擦系数为0.70。最后,为了验证参数的可靠性,将得到的参数代入EDEM软件进行仿真验证试验,对真实试验与仿真试验的休止角的相对误差进行了验证,结果表明两者的相对误差为0.57%,无显著性差异,说明标定的参数是可靠的。研究结果可为蓝莓离散元模型参数的选择提供参考,并用于蓝莓采摘过程的仿真。 Due to the particularity of blueberry particles,it is difficult to measure the contact parameters of the discrete element model of blueberry particles directly.In this paper,the resting angle of blueberry particles was taken as the response value to optimize the calibration discrete element parameters based on the response surface method.The Plackett-Burman Design test was applied to screen the 8 parameters of the discrete element model of blueberry particles,and the parameters with significant influence on the resting angle were obtained,such as blueberry-blueberry recovery coefficient,blueberry-blueberry static friction coefficient and blueberry-steel plate static friction coefficient.On the basis of PB test,the steepest climbing test was carried out for the three significant parameters,and the optimum point of significance parameter was determined.The best levelpicked out as the center,Central Composite Design experiments were carried out,and the angle of repose and the significant parameters of regression model that is,the blueberry recovery coefficient was 0.06,blueberry static friction coefficient was 0.56,blueberry-steel static friction coefficient was 0.70.Finally,in order to verify the reliability of parameters,the obtained parameters were substituted into EDEM software for simulation verification test,and the relative error of repose angle between real test and simulation test was verified.The results showed that the relative error was 0.57%,and no significant difference,indicating that the calibration parameters were reliable.This study can provide reference for the selection of discrete element model parameters of blueberries and be used for the simulation of blueberry picking process.
