创业型助困视角下农村籍大学生的新乡贤之路被引量：12

The Road to New Sages for Rural College Students from the Perspective of Entrepreneurial Poverty Alleviation

摘要农村籍大学生具有“知农爱农”的特质和“惠农兴农”的潜力,是践行乡村振兴战略的生力军和新乡贤的重要潜在群体。高校资助体系的日益完善和创业教育生态系统的逐步成熟为探讨农村籍家庭经济困难大学生“创业型助困”提供了可行条件。相比于传统资助模式,创业型助困具有全方位、可持续、高站位、广受益等优势,可更好地实现农村籍家庭经济困难大学生由“他助”到“自助”、由“解困”到“成才”、由“立己”到“利他”的积极转变。在此基础上,基于生物群落、无形支持和能量转化维度构建的高校创业型助困生态系统,为高校引导农村籍大学生成为新乡贤提供了现实路径。 Rural college students have the characteristics of“knowing and loving agriculture”and the potential of“reviving the countryside”.They are the new force of Rural Revitalization and the important potential group of new village sages.In view of the increasing perfection of university funding system and the gradual maturity of entrepreneurship education ecosystem,as well as the feasibility of the integration of the two,this study proposes the concept and ideas of“entrepreneurial poverty alleviation”for the rural students with family economic difficulties.Compared with the traditional funding model,entrepreneurial poverty alleviation is all-round,sustainable,high standing and widely beneficial,and can better realize the positive transformation from“other assistance”to“self-help”,from“poverty alleviation”to“talent”,and from“self-reliance”to“altruism”for those poor rural students.On this basis,the construction idea and conceptual model of entrepreneurial poverty-stricken ecosystem in colleges and universities are clarified,and the biological community,invisible support and energy transformation process of the system are analyzed by using the ecological theory,so as to provide the practical path for colleges and universities to guide rural students to become new village sages.
