摘要
潜孔冲击高压旋喷桩简称DJP,是一种新型的高压旋喷技术。与传统的高压旋喷技术相比,该技术适用的地质条件更广,能够在杂填土、碎石土、抛石地基和厚硬砂层等复杂地层中施工,无需引孔,一次性成孔成桩,并且成桩质量具有可靠保证。结合北京城市副中心行政办公区C5工程项目基坑止水帷幕施工经验,总结了该技术在碎石杂填土、密实砂层中应用的施工工艺和技术要点。
DJP is a new high-pressure jet grouting technology. Compared with traditional high-pressure jet grouting technology,DJP is suitable for extensive geological conditions. DJP can form piles in one time without pre-pilot holes in complex strata such as miscellaneous fill,gravel soil,riprap foundation and thick-hard sand layer,and the quality of piles can be guaranteed reliably. Combining with the successful experience of the foundation excavation waterproof curtain of C5 project in the Administrative Office area of Beijing Vice-Center,this paper summarizes the construction technology and key points of DJP application in gravel miscellaneous fill and compact sand layer.
