摘要
依托北京地铁永定门外站工程实例,按照1:1的比例进行工况模拟,得到水下混凝土灌注各个时段的灌注情况及最终封底结果,验证工程施工方案的可行性。通过模拟发现,混凝土扩散半径及地下水位对水下灌注混凝土的最终强度和封底效果有很大影响,导管排布分散均匀可以使封底效果越好,较低的地下水位封底底面也更加平整。同时,PFC软件实现了水下灌注混凝土可视化,能够更好指导施工方案设计与现场施工,减少对资源和人员的浪费。
Relying on the example of Beijing Yongdingmen Outer Station project, the working conditions were simulated according to the ratio of 1 : 1 , and the perfusion conditions and final sealing results of underwater concrete infusion were obtained to verify the feasibility of the construction scheme. Through simulation, it is found that the concrete diffusion radius and groundwater level have a great influence on the final strength and sealing effect of the underwater concrete. The uniform distribution of the ducts can make the sealing effect better, and the bottom surface of the lower groundwater level is more flat. At the same time, PFC software realizes the visualization of underwater concrete, which can better guide the design of construction scheme and on-site construction, reduce waste of resources and personnel.
