摘要
共生是一种普遍存在的现象,不仅存在于生物学中,还存在于社会发展中的各个领域。医联体的发展过程与共生系统的发展具有相似性,以某市妇幼保健院医联体为例,结合共生理论的四要素,分析医联体的共生系统,探讨医联体存在的问题及原因,并在此基础上提出了提升共生单元能力,共促共生系统发展;强化医联体互助协作,建立互惠共生关系;创造正向共生环境,强化配套政策支持;建立健全共生界面,适应共生发展模式的建议,以进一步推动医联体的健康可持续发展。
Symbiosis is a common phenomenon,which exists not only in biology,but also in various fields of social development.The development process of medical unions is similar to the development of symbiotic system,taking a city Maternal and Child Health Hospital medical unions as an example,this paper combined with the four elements of symbiosis theory to analyzes the symbiosis system of medical unions and explore the issues and reasons of medical unions.And based on this,proposed that improve the ability of symbiosis units and the development of symbiosis system;strengthen the mutual corporation of medical unions and constructed the mutual-symbiosis relationship;create positive symbiotic environment and strengthen supporting policies;establish and improve the boundary of symbiotic system and adapt to the symbiosis development mode to further promote the healthy and sustainable development of medical unions.
