摘要
目的:探讨"互联网+"技术在医联体信息平台中的应用,推进医联体信息平台建设,充分发挥医联体单位各项优质资源,提升区域整体医疗服务能力,使分级诊疗工作真正落到实处。方法:以"互联网+"技术为手段,以福建省立医院为核心,建立医疗联合体云平台,形成以远程指导、协同诊疗、合作共赢为主导的分级诊疗体系。结果:基于"互联网+"的医联体云平台实现了线上和线下业务融合,推动医疗资源上下贯通,在方便患者就诊的同时提高医联体成员单位的医疗救治能力,实现患者和医联体成员单位的双赢。结论:互联网+云医联体模式能有效优化现有医疗资源,促进医疗资源共享和纵向流动,提升区域整体医疗服务能力,缓解群众"看病难、看病贵"的问题。
Objective:To explore the application of"Internet+"technology in the medical treatment alliance information platform,promote the construction of the medical treatment alliance information platform,give full play to all kinds of high-quality resources of medical treatment alliance units,improve the overall medical service ability of the region,and implement the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment work.Methods:By means of"Internet+"technology,with Fujian Provincial Hospital as the core,the medical treatment alliance cloud platform is established,and a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system led by remote guidance,collaborative diagnosis and treatment and cooperation and win-win is formed.Results:The medical treatment alliance cloud platform based on"Internet+"realizes the online and offline business integration,links up medical resources,facilitates the treatment of patients,improves the medical treatment ability of medical treatment alliance member units,and achieves the win-win situation between patients and medical treatment alliance member units.Conclusion:The mode of Internet+cloud medical treatment alliance can effectively optimize the existing medical resources,promote the sharing and vertical flowing of medical resources,improve the overall medical service ability of the area,and solves the problem of"the difficulty and high cost of getting medical service"of people.
