摘要
通过搜集方舱医院新冠肺炎轻症患者救治信息,研究医患沟通在方舱医院的表现形式,探索医患沟通对于新冠肺炎轻症患者救治的作用和意义。以方舱医院、新冠肺炎轻症患者为关键词,应用网络爬虫软件抓取信息文本,运用NVIVO12软件对文本进行词频分析、编码分析。结果显示,方舱医院新冠肺炎轻症患者治疗中,心理支持占据一定比重,患者常伴有焦虑、恐惧等负面情绪,方舱医院内医患沟通表现形式主要有三种:群体性医患沟通颇受患者欢迎、医患沟通贯穿诊疗全过程、让患者主动担任志愿者协助医务人员沟通。这说明多形式心理支持是方舱医院新冠肺炎患者的沟通重点,群体性医患沟通可作为日常医疗活动的创新沟通形式。今后诊疗中医务人员要更加注重培养医患沟通技巧、涵养医学伦理素养以及提升自身医学人文能力。
By collecting information on the treatment of mild patients with COVID-19 in shelter hospitals,the manifestations of doctor-patient communication in shelter hospitals were studied to explore the role and significance of doctor-patient communication in the treatment of mild patients with COVID-19.Taking shelter hospitals and mild patients with COVID-19 as keywords,web crawler software was used to capture information text,and NVIVO12 software was used to analyze the word frequency and code of the text.The results showed that in the treatment of mild patients with COVID-19 in shelter hospitals,psychological support accounted for a certain proportion,and patients were often accompanied by negative emotions such as anxiety and fear.There were three main forms of doctors-patients communication in shelter hospitals.Group doctor-patient communication was very popular among patients.Doctor-patient communication ran through the entire diagnosis and treatment process.Patients took the initiative to serve as volunteers to assist medical staff in communication.This indicated that multiple forms of psychological support were the focus of communication for patients with COVID-19 in shelter hospitals,and group doctor-patient communication could be used as an innovative form of communication in daily medical activities.In the future,medical staff in diagnosis and treatment should pay more attention to cultivating doctor-patient communication skills,maintaining medical ethics and improving their medical and humanistic ability.
