摘要
目的探讨五维他与利多卡因喷雾剂联合使用对手足口病口腔疾病的护理疗效。方法选取2018年7月~2019年10月我院收治的47例手足口病患者,将其随机分为对照组和试验组。两组患儿均给予口腔护理,对照组予生理盐水喷患儿患处,试验组则使用五维他联合利多卡因喷雾剂喷患儿患处,比较两组患儿疼痛缓解时间、口腔疾病愈合时间及其临床效果。结果接受不同护理措施干预后,试验组患儿的口腔疼痛缓解时间和口腔疾病愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4d后,试验组患儿的治疗总有效率为95.24%,显著高于对照组(73.08%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五维他联合利多卡因喷雾剂治疗手足口病口腔疾病效果好,可减轻患儿疼痛,促使患儿口腔疾病快速愈合,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the nursing efficacy of five vitamins combined with lidocaine spray in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth oral disease.Methods From July 2018 to October 2019,47 patients with hand-footmouth disease admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.Both groups of children were given oral nursing,the control group was sprayed with normal saline,while the experimental group was sprayed with five vitamins combined with lidocaine spray.The pain relief time,healing time of oral diseases and their clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups of children.Results After they were treated with different nursing interventions,the times of oral pain relief and oral disease healing in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 4 days after treatment,the total efficacy rate of the experimental group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 73.08%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Five vitamins combined with lidocaine spray is effective in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth oral disease,which can relieve the pain of children and promote the rapid healing of oral diseases of children and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
