摘要
日本基础教育的特点体现在强调学生基本知识与技能的学习和掌握、重视学生能力培养特别是"生存力"培养、重视学生学习兴趣的提升与良好学习习惯的养成、注重学生人格教育和身心健康教育、注重劳动教育和学生成长各阶段的职业教育。为应对少子化和老龄化等社会问题,日本在多样化教育体系、基础教育弹性学制、教育质量保证体系、教学内容和教学方法等方面进行改革,并加强英语教学、计算机教学以及推进职业教育。反思日本基础教育的特点和改革举措以及出现的问题,对我国基础教育改革和发展会有一些启示和思考。
The characteristics of elementary education in Japan are as follows:emphasis on students’learning and mastering of the basic knowledge and skills;paying attention to the cultivation of students’ability,especially the cultivation of"survivability",the promotion of students’interest in learning and the cultivation of good learning habits,laying emphasis on the education of students’personality and physical and mental health,paying attention to labor education and vocational education at all stages of students’growth.In order to cope with social problems such as the shortage of children and the aging of population,Japan has carried out reforms in the aspects as diversified education system,flexible schooling system for basic education,education quality assurance system,teaching content and methods,and strengthened the teaching of English,computer science as well as vocational education.Reflection on the characteristics,reform measures and problems of Japanese elementary education will give some enlightenment to the reform and development of China’s elementary education.
