摘要
[目的]了解泸州市城区内社区失能老人居家医养护需求情况,并分析其影响因素。[方法]采用一般资料调查表和失能老人居家医养护需求评分表对整群抽取的387名失能老人进行问卷调查。[结果]失能老人对基础护理服务的需求最大,其次是精神抚慰服务、生活照料服务、康复理疗服务、专业护理服务。年龄、个人月收入、照顾陪护人、失能等级是失能老人对居家医养护的需求水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。[结论]社区失能老人对居家医养护的需求大,在推进居家医养护服务时,应着重关注高龄、经济困难、丧偶、失能等级高的老年人,使照护体系更加完善。
Objective:To investigate the needs of community disabled elderly for home-based care in Luzhou city and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:Totally 387 disabled old people selected by cluster sampling were investigated by the general data questionnaire and home-based care needs rating scale.Results:The disabled elderly had the greatest need for basic nursing services,followed by spiritual comfort services,life care services,rehabilitation physiotherapy services and professional nursing services.The influencing factors of need for home-based care among disabled old people were ages,personal monthly incomes,caregivers and disability(P<0.05).Conclusions:Community disabled old people had a great demand for home-based care.In the promotion of home-based care,more attention should be paid to the elderly with advanced age,high levels of economic hardship,widowhood and disability,so as to improve the care system.
