摘要
目的建立梯度洗脱-高效液相色谱法分离测定化妆品中的三氯生、苄索氯铵及4种苯扎氯铵同系物的方法。方法色谱柱选用氰基柱,以甲醇和0.05mol/L醋酸铵溶液(pH=5.0)为流动相,流速为0.8ml/min,梯度洗脱,检测波长260nm,外标法定量。结果三氯生在3~60 mg/L,苄索氯铵在10~200 mg/L,十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵在30~600mg/L,苯扎氯铵同系物在20~400mg/L范围内线性关系良好(相关系数r均≥0.999 9)。不同剂型化妆品低、中、高3个浓度水平的加标回收率85.9%~104.9%,相对标准偏差0.4%~4.0%,三氯生、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、苄索氯铵、十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵方法检出限分别为0.6、4、2、4、4、6mg/L,定量限分别为1.8、12、6、12、12、18mg/L。结论建立的方法简单、便捷,结果准确可靠,可广泛应用于不同剂型化妆品中6种防腐剂的测定。
Objective To establish a gradient elution-high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for separation and detection of triclosan,benzalkonium chloride and 4 kinds of benzalkonium chloride homologues in cosmetics products.Methods Samples were separated by cyano chromatography column with methanol and 0.05 mol/L ammonium acetate solution(pH=5.0)as mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min under gradient elution,the detection wavelength was 260 nm,and external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.Results The results showed that the method had good linear relationships with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999 9 in the range of 3-60 mg/L for triclosan,10-200 mg/L for benzalkonium chloride,30-600 mg/L for octadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and 20-400 mg/L for benzalkonium chloride homologues.Average recoveries at 3 spiked levels of low,medium and high concentrations were in the range of 85.9%-104.9%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were in the range of 0.4%-4.0%.The limits of detection(LODs)were 0.6,4,2,4,4,6 mg/L and the limits of quantification(LOQs)were 1.8,12,6,12,12,18 mg/L.Conclusion This established method is simple,efficient and accurate,which can be used for detection of 6 kinds of preservative in cosmetics products of different fomulations.
