摘要
目的研究自制复方甘草口服溶液的止咳、平喘、祛痰的药效学作用。方法采用枸橼酸致豚鼠咳嗽模型来考察自制复方甘草口服溶液的止咳作用,组胺合并乙酰胆碱致喘模型来考察自制复方甘草口服溶液的平喘作用,小鼠酚红法试验来考察自制复方甘草口服溶液的祛痰作用。结果灌胃给予自制复方甘草口服溶液4.65,9.3ml原液/kg均能明显减少枸橼酸致豚鼠咳嗽的次数(P<0.05或P<0.01),灌胃给予自制复方甘草口服溶液4.65,9.3ml原液/kg对组胺-乙酰胆碱混合液致豚鼠哮喘模型均有明显延长引喘潜伏期的作用(P<0.05),灌胃给予自制复方甘草口服溶液7.8,15.6ml原液/kg均能明显增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论自制复方甘草口服溶液与市售复方甘草口服溶液具有相同的止咳、平喘、祛痰作用。
Objective To study the antitussive, antiasthmatie and expectorant effects of homemade, compound Glycyrrhiza oral solution. Methods The citric acid induced cough model of guinea pigs, histamine and acetylcholine mixture induced asthma model of guinea pigs, and the phenol red expectoration method in mice were used to observe the effect of homemade compound glycyrrhiza oral solution on arresting cough, relieving asthma, and expelling phlegm, respectively. Results Through intragastric administration, both the dose of homemade compound Glycyrrhiza oral solution in 4.65 ml and 9.3 ml stock solution per kilogram weight could obviously decrease the frequency of cough induced by citric acid in guinea pigs (P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ) and prolong the latent period of asthma induced by histamineacetylcholine in guinea pigs (P 〈 0.05 ). Both the dose of homemade compound Glycyrrhiza oral solution in 7.8 ml and 15.6 ml stock solution per kilogram weight could obviously increase phenol red output of trachea in mice (P 〈0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Homemade compound Glycyrrhiza oral solution has the same effect with that on the market on antitussive, antiasthmatic and expectorant effects.
