摘要 目的探究不同环境条件对三氯生产品含量的影响,为三氯生安全应用提供依据。方法用高效液相色谱法测定三氯生产品含量,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱,甲醇-水(80:20)为流动相,检测波长为283 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为室温,进样量为10 μL;检测含三氯生消毒产品在常温、强光高温、酸性、碱性以及模拟自然水体条件下的含量变化。结果 3批次三氯生含量测定结果均值为468.31 mg/100 g;含三氯生消毒产品在常温下稳定性较好;在强光高温、酸性和碱性条件下,含量均有不同程度下降;在模拟自然水体中三氯生含量有一定上升。结论该研究建立了测定三氯生含量的高效液相色谱法.。含三氯生产品在特殊环境下含量会发生一定的变化,自然水体中会发生沉降蓄积,应注意其应用安全问题。 Objective To explore the effect of different environmental conditions on the contents of triclosan products for the application safety. Methods The content of triclosan was detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), Kromasil C-18 column,the mobile phase: acetonitrile:water(80:20), the detection wavelength was 283 nm, flow rate 1.0 mL/min, column temperature room temperature, sample size 10 μL. The changes of triclosan content of the products were detected in the following conditions: normal atmospheric temperature, strong light and high temperature, acidity,alkalinity and simulated natural water body. Results The mean content of triclosan was 468.31 mg/100 g for three batches. There was good stability of the products of containing triclosan in the condition of normal atmospheric temperature. The triclosan content decreased in some degree in the condition of strong light and high temperature, acidity and alkalinity. The content of triclosan increased in simulated nature water. Conclusion HPLC method was established for detecting the content of triclosan in the study. The triclosan product content will be changed in some degree in the special condition, and triclosan can be accumulated and storage in simulated nature water. More attention should be paied to the safely applying of triclosan products.
