摘要
智慧能源是智能电网建设的重要环节,多级能源的综合协调运用更是智慧能源的主要形态之一。文章分析了智慧城市中多级智慧能源的综合服务和调控技术。首先分析了智慧能源的基本构成,说明了智慧能源与源网荷之间的关系,建立了多级能源的基本模型;然后从能源综合利用控制技术方面,说明了多级能源运行状态感知技术、态势分析技术和控制决策优化技术的具体表现;最后介绍了智慧能源综合服务平台的泛在感知技术,以及居民综合智慧能源服务的构成、泛在感知技术的优势及其具体应用。通过对智慧能源参与需求响应的分析,为智慧能源的多级利用控制技术提供了相应思路。
Smart energy is an important part of the construction of smart grids,and the comprehensive and coordinated use of multi-level energy is one of the main forms of smart energy.The multi-level smart energy integrated services and control technologies in smart cities are analyzed.Firstly,the basic composition of smart energy is analyzed,the relationship between smart energy and source,network and load is explained,and the basic model of multi-level energy is established.Then from the point of view of comprehensive energy utilization control technology,the specific performance of multi-level energy operation state sensing technology,situation analysis technology and control decision optimization technology are described.Finally,the ubiquitous sensing technology of the smart energy integrated service platform is analyzed,and the composition of residents'integrated smart energy services,the specific advantages of ubiquitous sensing technology,and the specific applications are explained.The analysis of this article provides corresponding ideas for the multi-level utilization control technology of smart energy.
