摘要
分析了不锈钢材料难切削、变形大的特性,针对大型不锈钢零件难加工及精度较难控制的问题,采取大型零件分解成若干实体模型的方法,实现了大型零件的简单加工,降低了材料成本和加工难度。单件加工完成后再装配成整体,通过焊接工艺连接,最后对关键特征尺寸进行精加工。实际生产应用表明,该方法可实现对大型不锈钢零件加工精度的管控,满足其技术要求。
It is difficult to process and control the precision of large stainless steel parts.Taking the large components into several entity models of the method,it realized the simple processing and greatly reduced the material cost of and processing difficulty.Assemble the components after processing every part,and adopt welding process when necessary.Finally,finish machining the part for the key feature sizes.The method could control the manufacturing precision of large stainless steel parts and meet the technical requirements.
