摘要
通过对加工工艺流程和装配工艺流程的分析,找出影响汽车模具零件制作精度的因素,通过改善模具零件的装夹方式、加工顺序、加工条件和优化装配淬火流程,在保证单件加工尺寸精度的同时强调过程检验,以达到提高模具零件制作精度的目的。
Through the analysis on the machining process and assembly process, the factors for manufacturing precision of automobile die parts were found out. In order to ensure the dimensional accuracy of single part, and to stress the process inspection at the same time, the die parts clamping, sequential processing, processing conditions and optimize assembly quenching process were changed, which improved the processing accuracy of die parts.
