摘要
不锈钢材料由于强度高、导热系数低、韧性大以及加工硬化严重等原因使得切削加工非常困难。本文采用正交试验研究涂层刀具切削不锈钢材料的参数优化组合,分析了不同切削参数对加工表面质量的影响规律,得出了不锈钢加工的较佳车削参数,最后通过实验验证了其正确性。
High strength, low thermal conductivity, high ductility and high work hardening tendency of stainless steels are the main factors that make their machinability difficult. The optimum cutting speed was studied by using the taguchi method when turning stainless steel using cemented carbide cutting tools. The effect of machining parameters on the surface quality was analyzed and the optimal machining parameters for achieving the desired surface roughness was obtained. Experimental results were provided to confirm the effectiveness of this approach.
