基于健康信念模式围生期教育对预防产后抑郁的临床效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨基于健康信念模式的围生期教育对预防产后抑郁的临床效果。方法选择2019年7月-12月在我院择期分娩的产妇236例,采用随机数字表法分为2组各118例。对照组实施围生期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于健康信念模式的围生期教育干预,比较2组产妇爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分及产后抑郁症发生率。结果观察组产妇孕36周、产后6周、产后3个月时的EPDS、SCL-90评分均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后抑郁症发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于健康信念模式的围生期教育干预可减轻产妇负性情绪,使其心理健康水平得到提升,降低产后抑郁症发生率。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of perinatal education based on health belief model in preventing postpartum depression.Methods From July,2019 to December,2019,236 cases of maternal delivery in our hospital were selected.They were divided into 2 groups using random number table method,each with 118 cases.The control group adopted routine perinatal care,and the observation group used perinatal education intervention based on the health belief model on the basis of the control group.The Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Rating Scale(EPDS)score,the Symptom Self-rating Scale(SCL-90)score and the incidence of postpartum depression were compared between the two groups.Results The EPDS and SCL-90 scores at 36 weeks of pregnancy,6 weeks and 3 months postpartum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postpartum depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group The group was low and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The perinatal education intervention based on the health belief model can alleviate the negative emotions of the women,improve the mental health level,and reduce the incidence of postpartum depression.
