摘要
设计了一种应用于汽车滤清盖注塑成型的大型热流道模具。模具中的布局为单腔布局,分两次分型打开,浇注系统采用单点热流道浇口进行浇注。设计了3个特殊脱模机构来完成局部特征的脱模。其中,第一个机构为圆孔二次抽芯机构,该机构由油缸驱动两个滑块来完成两次抽芯动作。第二个为延迟内收3次抽芯机构,该机构由楔紧锁紧块和弯销两个驱动件进行同步驱动,先由楔紧锁紧块驱动2个内收滑块抽芯,再由弯销驱动侧面滑块抽芯,来实现塑件上2个侧壁卡扣的抽芯脱模。第三个为油缸驱动4次抽芯机构,该机构利用两个油缸来驱动两组机构,按顺序对塑件内壁上的干涉孔特征,进行分次抽芯脱模。脱模机构结构设计新颖、实用,布局合理,具有较好的设计参考价值。
A large scale hot runner mold was designed for injection molding of filter cap.In the mold,the layout was a single cavity layout,which could be opened in two times.The gating system used a single hot-runner-gate for gating.Three special demoulding mechanisms were designed to realize the demoulding of local features.Of the three institutions,The first mechanism was a hole secondary core pulling mechanism,which two sliders was driven by the oil cylinder to complete two times core pulling actions.The second mechanism was a three-times core pulling mechanism with delayed adduction,that the locking block and bending pin were tightly wedged by the mechanism,for the synchronous drive of the two driving parts,first the locking block driven two retracting sliders to pull the core firstly,and then the bending pin driven the side-slider to pull the:core,so as to realize the core pulling demoulding of the two side wall clasps on the plastic parts.The third was cylinder driven four-times core pulling mechanism,that two sets of mechanisms were driven by two oil cylinders,and the interference hole features on the inner wall of the plastic part were extracted and demoulded in several times.The structure design of the:mechanism was novel,practical,reasonable and had a good design reference value.
