摘要 分析了零件结构和工艺性,介绍了内侧90°夹角倒扣零件注塑模脱模机构设计,详细介绍了脱模机构的工作原理及过程,并对脱模机构关键尺寸进行核算。实践证明,机构运行平稳,安装调整方便,实现了自动化生产,其结构对同类工件的设计制造有借鉴作用。 The structure and processing technology were analyzed,and the design of the demolding device in the injection mold for plastic part with 90° ribs inside was introduced.The working principle and procedure were elaborated.Some key dimensions of the demolding device were calculated.Practice has proved that the device could operate smoothly,be installed and adjusted easily,and produce automatically.And thus it could provide reference for the design and manufacturing of similar parts.
